WDUL is an educational web site devoted to enhancing the user's understanding of their personal preferences in wine and food.  Wine can be very intimidating subject for many people.  WDUL wants to help educate you about what type of wine and food combinations that you like not what a magazine writer said you should like.  The value of a wine is proportional to how much you like the wine; if you do not like the wine it is worth nothing to you.

WDUL is a proprietary piece of software thoughtfully base around palate and plate to determine a user's preferences and make recommendations based on what wines you like and do not like.  It also will help you define and train your palate.  Each person's palate is unique.  Naturally, it is difficult to really know what a given thing will taste like until you have calibrated your descriptions of a wine to how others describe something using their palate.  WDUL makes this possible thorough extensive data modelling, data resources and some help from you.
